Mosalewa Ani, MPH, is the Private Payer Policy Analyst with the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology. Mosalewa joined AANA in February 2025 and supports AANA's policy work related to private payer payment and reimbursement for CRNA anesthesia services. With a strong focus on advancing health equity through transformative health policy and inclusive community engagement, she is skilled in analyzing policies to assess their impact on diverse populations, particularly marginalized groups, and providing strategic recommendations to address barriers to care. Previously, Mosalewa served as a Policy Analyst at Healthsperien, where she conducted policy and healthcare market research, legislative and regulatory analysis, and provided strategic support across various areas.
Originally from Minnesota, Mosalewa earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and received her Master in Public Health with a focus in Health Policy from The George Washington University, Milken Institute School of Public Health.
